I loved it, but I was disappointed that the data provided didn't include actual altitude. I live in the mountains, and knowing if I'm 7000 or 9000 feet above sea level is one of the most interesting pieces of data. I hope they will add that in the future.Chuckhttp://www.chuckcheesman.netnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5101756.post-68405143035241797192010-10-28T14:00:58.178-07:002010-10-28T14:00:58.178-07:00I'm using Runkeeper. The method is a big hack so I don't expect much. I only did a few runs to get in green status. Now I just run Nike + and runkeeper at the same time.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05630365338520111641noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5101756.post-35272686905249472502010-09-24T15:21:15.527-07:002010-09-24T15:21:15.527-07:00David, when you import your RunKeeper runs to Nike...David, when you import your RunKeeper runs to NikePlus, is the time of day wrong or right? In the end, users will benefit from the competition.

However, what I have found is that the biggest barrier to switching is losing data. I've imported my runs to Nike+ but it was painful. I'm using both Runkeeper and Nike+ on my runs now so I don't have any gaps on either one. I don't have access to an iPhone, regrettably, for testing all the great things that's happening with it for athletes.

Runkeeper is having a lot of success on Android so I don't think they'll take your advice;-) That said, there are plenty of sport apps worth exploringAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5101756.post-80898748240159333252010-09-11T14:16:11.677-07:002010-09-11T14:16:11.677-07:00Steve,

You're right, it takes a lot of taps to get started with Nike+ GPS, and that "wet floor" is used in an overpowering way.

Just curious, how are you going to do the following: "However, I am going to import the rest of my runs from Runkeeper (can someone make a better app for this, plz) and I am going to keep running with it."

Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05277854891968983642noreply@blogger.com
